Alpha Kickboxing – Our kickboxing classes a designed for those looking for a high-intensity workout or to learn a new sport/martial art/self defence. Using techniques from Muay Thai and Dutch Kickboxing. Regardless of age and ability, these classes are beginner-friendly and bridge the gap between your commercial gym outdoors “box fit“ class and your hardcore fight gym. If you have always wanted to give kickboxing a go but have been too nervous to give it a try, Our Alpha kickboxing class is for you. Set in a fun, welcoming, and safe environment.
Alpha Sparring – Our sparring class is designed for our intermediate to advanced kickboxers looking to put themselves to the test. Practicing what is taught in class in real-time. Our members’ safety is our priority and all protective equipment must be worn to attend these classes.
Alpha Strength
Our STRENGTH sessions are a general strength and conditioning class with a focus on Strength, fitness, and body fat loss, using functional style training methods to get the best out of the individual in a group environment.
Alpha Lift
Alpha Shock
Our SHOCK sessions are designed to take our members outside of their comfort zone because that’s where the magic happens. We keep the intensity high using zero rest workouts, AMRAP, and high-intensity interval training. For those that love that extra push and to test their might. Whilst these workouts can be very physically demanding; like all classes, at AWK we encourage our members to take the workout at their own pace.

At Alpha Wolves Kickboxing, our group fitness classes are designed around a training system using the best methods for body fat loss, strength and athletic development, cardiovascular health, and overall wellbeing.
We have developed 5 training systems: Alpha Kickboxing, Alpha Sparring, Alpha Shock, Alpha Strength, and Alpha Lift which rotate each day and throughout the week. Members have the flexibility of choosing how they train on any given day, which will align with their personal fitness goals. Our classes are designed to consistently evolve and challenge your current fitness level as well as keeping your body guessing.
As a great man once said “The definition of insanity is doing something over and over again and expecting a different result” – Albert Einstein. We understand that this is not a concept our members need to achieve their peak fitness and physical goals. Our classes are specifically designed to avoid fat loss plateaus and to keep motivation high for our members to succeed, while learning a new skill (or refining an old one) in a fun and safe environment.
Although we train as a team at Alpha Wolves, our highly-experienced trainers are available to work with you to support your individual needs and help you take your health and fitness to the next level. The Team at Alpha Wolves are dedicated to bringing a unique training experience to Coffs Harbour, the Mid North Coast and becoming the Alpha in the Fitness Jungle.
